یزد آنلاین - استاندار یزد گفت: در ارتباط با صدور کارت ملی هوشمند برای شهروندان، باید اطلاع رسانی درست در این خصوص صورت گیرد و مزایا و کارکرد آن برای مردم به درستی تشریح شود و از طرفی باید از ضریب ایمنی بالایی نیز برخوردار باشد تا مورد سوء استفاده قرار نگیرد.

به گزارش اداره کل روابط عمومی استانداری یزد، اولین جلسه شورای ثبت احوال استان در سالجاری، عصر چهارشنبه 29 شهریورماه 1396، به ریاست" سید محمد میرمحمدی" در سالن زنده یاد حمیدیا تشکیل شد.
استاندار یزد در این نشست، پس از استماع گزارش اداره کل ثبت احوال استان در خصوص فرایند صدور کارت ملی هوشمند و آمارهای مرتبط با این اداره کل، ضمن تشکر از ارائه گزارش و اقدامات انجام شده، آمار را پایه برنامه ریزی دانست و خاطر نشان کرد: یکی از اساسی ترین مباحثی که در امر آمارگیری باید مد نظر قرار گیرد، تجزیه و تحلیل صحیح آمار به منظور روشن شدن علتها جهت رفع مشکلات و آسیبهاست تا هم نقاط ضعف، مشخص و برطرف شود و هم نقاط قوت تقویت گردد.
وی افزود: در ارتباط با صدور کارت ملی هوشمند برای شهروندان، باید اطلاع رسانی درست در این خصوص صورت گیرد و مزایا و کارکرد آن برای مردم به درستی تشریح شود و از طرفی باید از ضریب ایمنی بالایی نیز برخوردار باشد تا مورد سوء استفاده قرار نگیرد.
میرمحمدی در پایان با اشاره به گزارش اداره کل ثبت احوال مبنی بر مشکلات ایجاد شده در خصوص صدور دستی گواهی فوت توسط پزشکان، پیشنهاد داد تا با همکاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد، توصیه و اقدامات لازم جهت صدور گواهی فوت به صورت تایپی معمول گردد که این پیشنهاد با موافقت اعضای شورا در قالب مصوبه به تصویب رسید.
همچنین مصوب شد تا در صدور گواهی فوت، بومی یا غیربومی بودن فرد متوفی نیز مشخص گردد.
تامین حتی الامکان اعتبارات استانی در کنار تلاش در جهت جذب اعتبارات ملی، جهت رفع مشکلات اداره کل ثبت احوال استان از دیگر مصوبات این جلسه بود.
گفتنی است در ابتدای این جلسه، گزارش کاملی در خصوص فرایند صدور کارت ملی هوشمند در استان و آمارهایی در ارتباط با رویداد تولد و وفات و طلاق و ازدواج در سال 95 و 5 ماهه اول سال 96 در استان، از سوی مدیر کل اداره ثبت احوال استان یزد ارائه شد.
