یزد آنلاین - معاون سیاسی، امنیتی و اجتماعی استاندار یزد در ستاد صیانت از حقوق شهروندی، وجوه نقض حقوق شهروندی را متفاوت دانست و افزود: یکی از وجوه نقض حقوق شهروندی نادیده گرفته شدن جایگاه شخصیت های مورد اعتماد مردم و نظام است.

به گزارش روابط عمومی استانداری یزد"محمد علی طالبی" ضمن تاكید بر لزوم پیشتازی یزد در رعایت حقوق شهروندی گفت: دستگاه هایی که در این زمینه عملکرد ضعیف داشته یاشند به مردم معرفی می‌شوند.
معاون سیاسی، امنیتی و اجتماعی استاندار، یزد را از دیرباز زبانزد رعایت حقوق شهروندی دانست و تاكید كرد: انتظار می رود در این زمینه یزد پیشتاز باشد و شرایط تحقق این مهم در استان وجود دارد.
وی در ادامه با اشاره به اینكه بحث حقوق شهروندی بعد از ابلاغ منشور حقوق شهروندی توسط رییس جمهور در سال95 در کل کشور مورد توجه جدی قرار گرفته است گفت: رعایت حقوق شهروندی و اجرای این ابلاغیه به طور مستقیم وابسته به مدیران مسئولیت پذیر و باورمند است.
طالبی با تاكید بر اینكه وجوه نقض حقوق شهروندی متفاوت است افزود: یکی از وجوه نقض حقوق شهروندی نادیده گرفته شدن جایگاه شخصیت های مورد اعتماد مردم و نظام است و موارد دیگر زمانی است که رای و اراده مردم دچار چالش حقوقی شود.
وی همچنین نمایشی برخورد کردن برخی مدیران دستگاه ها با ابلاغیه حقوق شهروندی را از نقاط ضعف این حركت دانست و گفت: عملكرد مدیران در این خصوص ارزیابی می گردد و دستگاه هایی که در این زمینه عملکرد ضعیف داشته باشند به مردم معرفی می‌شوند.
طالبی یکی از مصادیق رعایت حقوق شهروندی را اطلاع مردم از عملکرد دستگاه های دولتی عنوان کرد و افزود: باید گزارش عملکرد دستگاه ها تنظیم و به اطلاع مردم برسد و عملكرد دستگاه های اجرایی در همه زمینه ها و شاخص های مرتبط با آن دستگاه در معرض قضاوت عموم قرار گیرد.
معاون سیاسی، امنیتی و اجتماعی استاندار، از دستگاههای اجرایی خواست تا یكی از معاونان خود را به عنوان مسئول اجرای حقوق شهروندی معرفی و از کارشناسان وظیفه شناس برای اجرای حقوق شهروندی در ادارات استفاده کنند.
وی با اشاره به طرح كلینیك حقوق شهروندی كه توسط کانون وکلا ارائه شده است گفت: این طرح قابلیت دارد تا با همكاری همه دستگاهها، اجرایی گردد.
گفتنی است: در ادامه مدیران دستگاه های دولتی از جمله صدا و سیمای مرکز یزد، سازمان تبلیغات اسلامی، پزشکی قانونی، بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران، آب و فاضلاب شهری، تعاون روستایی ، آب و فاضلاب روستایی، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید صدوقی، اداره کل آموزش فنی و حرفه ای، فرودگاه شهید صدوقی، امور زندانهاو اقدامات تامینی، شرکت گاز و شرکت برق استان یزد به عنوان دستگاه های دولتی برتر در زمینه حقوق شهروندی و عفاف و حجاب معرفی و تقدیر شدند.
